Inapp joins the European Social Network

21.03.2024 – Improving the quality of public social services: this is one of the objectives set by the European Social Network (ESN), a network of public and private actors, research bodies and universities that Inapp has recently joined.

The ESN promotes numerous European and national projects and proposes various appointments, conferences, seminars and thematic meetings, both in person and online, involving those who provide social policies and services in Europe, with the aim of sharing methodologies, good practices, problems and proposals on social issues, on many of which the Institute is active with some research strands.

Upcoming activities include the European Social Service Conference, the network’s main event, which this year will be held in Belgium on 26-28 June. The theme of this edition is Co-creating Future Social Service, divided into three main strands: Co-Creating Cities Social Inclusion, Co-Creating Responses to Manage the Future Workforce and Co-Creating Digital Solutions for Social Inclusion.

At the forefront of the network’s vision is the aim to create a platform to strengthen synergies between practice, policy and research and to promote knowledge of the challenges affecting social services and the promotion of economic and social well-being. A mission to which Inapp can also contribute by collaborating with the various working groups.
