READ THE FULL CALL (ita – eng)

The thematic issue 3/2023 aims to investigate the relationship between technological innovation and organizational change in Public Administration, with specific focus on organizational models, criteria of performance evaluation and supervision.

The thematic issue 3/2023 aims to host contributions that reflect on these transformations and on the challenges that are faced by those in charge of training in the public sector. Public-private comparative studies and accounts of positive experiences of interaction between the two sectors in management education are also welcome.

Possible topics of interest:

  • Smart working, organizational innovation and new training needs;
  • History and evolution of, and response to, changes in management training, including distance learning, digitalization and technological innovation;
  • Foreign experiences in the field of technological innovation and impact on the organizational sphere;
  • Technological innovation in accounting and auditing: the PIAO system;
  • Costs and benefits of technological and organizational innovation for public finance;
  • Reconfiguration of spaces and public work;
  • Managerial skills for digitalization in the public sector;
  • The experience of managers from the private sector engaging in management education in the public sector;
  • Smart working and incentives.

Within these subjects, we encourage the submission of original papers (not submitted to other journals) of length between 5,000 and 8,000 words for publication in issue 3/2023. The papers must reach the editorial staff of Sinappsi ([email protected]) by September 30, 2023, to be sent to the referees (through a double-blind peer review) following acceptance by the scientific/editorial committee of the journal. However, authors are invited to inform the editorial staff in advance (by July 15, 2023) of their interest in proposing a paper, indicating the title, the authors, the language (Italian or English) and the theme. Accepted papers that arrive later or that do not fit in this issue will be considered for publication in a subsequent issue of the Journal.
